We supply cleaning kits for lamps consisting of alumina powder and cotton swabs for 10.6 eV lamps. Analytical grade methanol or ethanol can be applied to lamps to remove light contamination, and removed with a lint-free cloth. Alumina polishing of MiniPID 2 lamps is appropriate for all MiniPID 2 lamps except the MiniPID 2 11.7 eV lamp.

For 11.7 eV lamps, use anhydrous ethanol or methanol.
