Earlier this year, Gary Smith, Middle East Sales Manager for Ion Science, went on his first trip of the year to kick-start 2014.
The trip varied from attending exhibitions to providing training to new and existing distributors of Ion Science products.
Gary also got the chance to meet some customers of Ion Science products during his tour of Israel and overall received some very positive feedback.
Distributor and Customer satisfaction is very important to Ion Science. The overseas trips our sales team embark on are key to the business – not just so that they’re meeting with distributors but so that both teams can visit customers together, and present what kind of service they can expect from Ion Science and our Distributors.
